I Thessalonians 1:1

I Thessalonians 2:15

KJV - Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men: (Byz)

NASV - who both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out. They are not pleasing to God, but hostile to all men, (Aleph, A, B)


I Thessalonians 3:2

KJV - And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you concerning your faith: (Byz)

NASV - and we sent Timothy, our brother and God's fellow worker in the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you as to your faith, (B)


I Thessalonians 4:1

KJV - Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more. (Byz)

NASV - Finally then, brethren, we request and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received from us instruction as to how you ought to walk and please God (just as you actually do walk), that you excel still more. (Aleph, A, B)


I Thessalonians 5:27
